SOUTHERN Australia’s most famous fish migration is the annual run of snapper into Port Phillip Bay during spring. Like a crimson tide, thousands of snapper will make their way into the bay through the Rip.

  Port Phillip Council is under renewed attack over its handling of the controversial St Kilda triangle development after it deleted crucial detail from almost 2000 pages of contracts posted on its website.
